start converting stats from mickey regions

We keep overrating players because they farm in mickey regions, I propose we do a new stat conversion system to keep hype grounded and consistent. For example 3 pacific kills = 1 memea kill, 3 memea kills = 1 NA kill and 10 NA kills = 1 CN kill. I think this would be an excellent system that would greatly improve VCT statistics. Let me know your thoughts
