The tiktok POV videos like

POV : me and bro laughing in class
POV : my friend and I talking during class
POV : You walking with your friends and they leave you
POV : when you cracking fine shyt

Are these grammatically correct ? Isn’t it supposed to have ‘verb to be’ in-front of gerund (ing verb) ? or these are just broken english

these are not grammatically correct, and you're close with the fix, instead of merely having "to be" in front of the gerund, you have to adjust to the relevant conjugation

me and bro "are" laughing in class --> 1st person plural conjugation of to be

my friend and I "are" talking during class --> the same

but at the same time they're just memes, no need to take them too seriously

Its correct, think of "me and bro" as a definite entity (replace me and bro with another noun, "POV: a hyena laughing in class")

or another way i look at it is a comma after "me and bro", (POV: me and bro, laughing in class)

well this isn't right either, because "a hyena laughing in class" is a sentence fragment, since the gerund in "laughing" doesn't function as a predicate

you are right in qualifying the subject as a definite entity, but it needs a linking verb
a hyena "is" laughing in class --> "laughing in class" is a predicate nominative

or

a hyena laughing in class is (insert predicate nominative/adjective) ---> "laughing in class" is an adjective formed from a present participle
