I always get an error while I start valorant and it happens with all my accounts I have. Tried every method from reinstalling drivers and changing settings but nothing.
Error - 'Graphics driver crashed! Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Troubleshooting information: https://riot.com/38b2jJn'
Can someone help pls?
Riot support just gives a bot like answer mentioning the same steps again and again.

Hmm... Try a version or two down the latest driver, might help
Also did it start to happen recently after any update or is it always like this?

It used to happen frequently when I used my main account but suddenly stopped when i started using my alt account. Went on for a couple of days like this until it showed the error on this account also.
Will try to degrade to a lower driver version.

Did you try using DDU (Display driver uninstaller) and re-installing your drivers using NVcleanstall?
if this doesn't fix it, then i really don't know that causes that.*

Sad news for you this happened with my old laptop last year , it continued for 2-3 months , I literally tried everything, even clean installing windows. Nothing seemed to help. the crashes started happening more and more early into the game . And then straight when I opened valorant. After some time my GPU died , I could only see gpu0(integrated one) , no powers was taken by nvidia gpu so I tried any and every way to fix then let experts fix it to no avail .
You should consider checking them GPU temps. Cleaning and reapplying thermal paste will help for some time .
Ultimately if you continue playing valo your gpu will die.
It was a asus laptop, never buying shit from them again , Gpu died just in 2 years , although it still works fine with integrated Intel gpu.

i am thinking of buying a new gpu probably RTX 3050 because the issue is same like yours but for a much longer time. gpu temp is usually fine as far as i know... thanks though :)
