he actually didn't completely ignore the donation, and sent a percentage back to the donater as he explained in his statement.

I don’t think he said he sent any back in stream, but I have only heard 2nd hand what was said because I don’t speak Turkish.

If he sent money back then he is guilty

but if he just accepted the money and moved on…. What can you do? I would have probably done the same thing if someone tipped me a bunch of money.

i can't ignore the "it is was" part, but the rest pretty much sums up the situation.

he said he sent the percentage that the donator asked for back after the donator threatened to overflow the channel with bits which will lead to twitch closing the channel.
the source is screenshots from his brother's conversation with the donator and his stream but it was in Turkish so...

he is saying in turkish : " He's threatened me by saying 'I will send bits to your channel and make twitch ban your bit donations', that's why I had to send half of the bit donation back to him. I didn't report this to twitch. Unfortunately, I have been technically involved in this without any intention."

tbh that's a terrible situation to be in considering the point cned was in his carreer by the time he's received this amount of bits. I know he needed that money, but he's a smart guy and he would not agree on committing a crime like this if he was aware of where the money came from. He just didn't want to ask for the source or even communicate with the guy and did something he would benefit at the end.

also if it wasn't for his brother "deNc", cNed would be on a higher level right now. he was literally a manager for cNed (17 or 18 yo by the time) and he should have been aware of this and protect his brother's career

bro i don't understand the hate for his brother, it all generated because he "went against" bbl way back so the fans were ruthless
but overall he's getting more hate than the actual players who participated in the scandal.... the man literally refused the offer sooo idk
he does seem like a opportunist guy but he gets way more hate than he should
and no way ur saying if it was not for his brother he would play on a highier level if his brother didnt refuse the bbl contract believe me he WOULD NOT have played in a European team atleat not this year, because bbl owner "wtcn" said it cned wanted to continue with bbl so thank god his brother interfered

he's created a drama out of that offer which led to majority of stupid turkish community being toxic against cned. cNed got hated because of the drama his brother created for no reason. he could've just said we didn't accept the offer and we move on but no he had to act like a hero protecting his brother from bbl demons.

no cned has always wanted to play for european teams (mostly g2 at that time) and he had already refused team contract.

the thing is bbl offered another sponsorship contract for like 2 or 3 more years after that, and his brother said that "they are tryna make profit off of your achievements" which I disagree. The only aim of that sponsorship contract was to help him make more money out of his achievements.

man do you really believe that he started the drama ? like please ?
the bbl gang were like he MUST join and his brother didn't reach a mutual agreement, then the players and wtcn started talking about it not him sooooo, and the guy doesn't have a community so it started from the bbl fans and yes he is the kinda guy to respond but again he is cned's manager so he has to explain his point of view.
and it's not drama it was a life choice that his brother was part of and it actually was the best choice ever to cNed's career.
anyway, like imagine this, WTCN didn't make a huge deal of it and the players didn't make those statements about him, do u think denc would have had to explain himself ? i don't think so
and again in the bits scandal the man didn't do anything but everyone made him the villain bro he has to make a statement u know, also russz and aslan's tweets were attacking him personally, of course he's gonna respond like they were accusing him of being the provider like wtf

look ur using the same mentality ur like why does he refuse?
man he can refuse and accept whatever the fuck he wants whether it made sense or not, and no wtcn literally said cned wanted to continue in bbl and i don't doubt that bcz he didn't know English at the time and he was friends with the team and they actually were kinda good even in the European scene so as a 17 years old he had no reason to refuse bbl

He did refuse the offer but he was threatened to be involved.

deNc definitely didn't start the drama. The drama doesn't start when you start seeing it. The scandal was already caught and deNc did his best to save hi brother's career.
