Well, that's one of the reasons why he left TL. He wanted to be a flex player (and also they didn't get along).
I understand it isn't easy to just switch like that, but he has had enough time. VIT are throwing and it still feels like they think they're the best (in my eyes)
Don't wanna sound like a hater, but sayf isn't that guy. IGL + duelist + flex isn't working out for him
