honestly not surprised. NA Radiant has been infested with cheaters for a while. Deadass talked to one and all he could say was "let me prove it to you, I've never been banned before why would I be cheating?" lmfao

and the way Riot has been handling their tier 2 scene it seemed like it was a matter of time before a cheater found their way to a team.
