the qualifier is supposed to start in 2 days but what are the matches? Whos is going to play and whos not? How is the format? Where is the broadcast?

Teams can still sign up so we cant 100% confirm who is playing (Furia, NRG and Cloud9 have signed up).

For the first phase, I think ppl have to ask for broadcast rights, and if given, they would have to observe the game themselves, as there are no dedicated observers for that phase of the tournament. Teams can share their POV if they want, but I dont think they will do that.
