in short: on twitter people speculated than cned's big brother is behind one of the people offering the bits and they shared a small coversation between the actual bits sharer (kojou) and cned's brother aka denc and kojou was asking denc to talk to other streamers about it, the SS was cut and the conversation wasn't quite revealed
denc now explained that he doesn't know him and that kojou actually reached out to denc and offered them the bits but denc refused (SS in the twitlonger and denc said kojou sent cned that month (when the irregular bits amount was) and tried to make him accept but they ultimately refused.
i dont know what they did with the money but denc explained that they didn't get anything after that

when he's not on the acend team,twitch revenues increased massively in just 1 month,I think it's clear because there were twitch rivals back then and he was famous for playing great in the tournament

Honestly I hope thats the case. It just seems weird that only his bits increased, his subs stayed relatively the same.

No, it is from the money laundering bits but it was not sent with his knowledge nor his involvement according to denc (cned's brother) they sent the money trying to tie him with the whole situation but denc and cned refused.

yea those are the worst cuz by the time solid proof comes out people have already taken sides and than confirmation bias can make it hard for people to analyze the actual proof/evidence for what it is.

I hope so. I don't think his team would abandon him just for this and, people will forget those events in time so, if twitch and riot give him a chance that would not affect his career, I guess. The critical point is what will the tr jurisdiction decide? I hope he could clear his name.

yea here in America he would most likely be fined, since it looks like he was barely involved and maybe even unintentionally involved. In America they would fine him plus make him pay restitution, they would focus on the bigger people. I see some poeple wanting him to be perma banned or some shit, which theyre prolly trolling. People need to understand that everyone makes mistakes. Now obvi the people more involved and actually run the scamming organization should be severely punished but i do believe that some of these streamer are victims too, even if they should have known better

It was stated by numerous participants that the scammers threatened to overload a channel with bits which would cause twitch to shut it down
