Yes he was picked before he was really ready but it felt like they fielded him in 3 games, 2 of which were against DRX and Boom during a time when they were going through a lot internally due to Juv3nile and all and just gave up on him. Same with KellyS. He was doing good. Now you are putting igl duty on one of your two most consistent performers. It's like if NRG out s0m on igl duties. Most cases it just doesn't work

I think South Asia has enough talent, but hasn't had a complete roster of players who have been given enough time in Tier 1.

The logic GE management follows is they want indian players to get tier 1 level good before they sign them (I don't see that happening) but until then they will keep going with international rosters.

GE is unironically India's like only T1 ticket at the moment.
I think both fans and players would like to see at least some Indian representation in APAC Tier 1.
If you get like half a roster of South Asians, keep one true APAC prodigy, and one veteran ; I'm pretty confident that team will eventually figure something out given enough time to grow.
What's not right is nuking your roster completely each time you don't do well in a split, hiring a bunch of random APAC talent with 0 South Asian representation and hoping something works eventually.
= no fans and no success.
