Valorant Setting Auto Reset issue

My graphic setting always reset to high every time i restart my pc and open the game.

sometimes i forget it and playing with high setting. it will make my render latency 2x slow. any one know possible scenario?

turn off game optimization in geforce experience.

if you have a nvidia gpu and have the nvidia app theres a setting in it that auto optimizes ur game according to ur specs and its on by default i had this a while back maybe its the same thing
