I believe he stepped down to look for better opportunities, potentially internationally. at one point he was still under contract but BIG BAAM were allowing him to look for another team, but then they dropped him fully

They wont replace Kappa with someone inexperienced so even though there are younger prospects I doubt they will drop Kappa for them, eg- Juvennn, Huntr (team valor), Crosshair (True Rippers)

wardell isnt top3 for 3 episodes nor top 15 for last 5 episodes the point I was making is he IS cracked and the reason for him being dropped or stepping down is something else maybe looking for better opportunities
