our prime minister put us in lockdown for 5 weeks, saw the cases decrease, then loosed it, and then our cases are now back at 50+ per day

This may not sound like alot, but take in mind that this is in Auckland alone and Auckland, although a major city in NZ is probably tiny compared to major cities in other countries lol

finish this book completely, and take notes from it, and follow its instructions, u will never come back here with the same complaint ( i didnt reach page 50 yet, but my friend was able to take down all his socials and is much healthier now)
