Been funny first 2 sec. Not anymore. It’s not « normal » for them to have low ping since they play ranked (turkish confirme me on this one) on high ping, tournament on high ping and scrims on high ping (unless versus other turkish team right?)

As much as it might sound rude, it is a common issue... Turkish teams (even back in CS when Space Soldiers were a thing) often play better online than offline.. And if that is the case, you need to start looking at what ping means for these teams... It's nothing bad, but you do get used to the ping you commonly play on.
