whats the diff between shawarma and kebap
because in poland they say kebap and in na they say shawarma but when i tried them theyre the same

first of all, it's not kebap. No one calls it kebap in turkey, its real name is döner.
when it comes to the difference between döner and shawarma, i genuinely dont know lmao i think they are the same thing but from different countries

as someone from Palestine-Kebab is a skewer of meat on a stick (can be chicken/beef, sometimes with tomato/onion). A shawarma is a sandwhich which is made from meat on roatiting spit which meat is cut from added with choice of vegtables and sauce put on pita bread. A doner kebab is just the meat on the rotating spit.
