It started out when I queued for a deathmatch and after the countdown it just went black. I tried restarting my game/pc a few times and it still doesn't work. I stopped vanguard process, restarted, and it still doesn't go back to normal. Different accounts work but not my main. To think it all started cause of a failed DM game. It's been over an hour already and it's still like this.

there will be a tool mentioned in the bottom of the page before submit, download it, run as admin and attach the zip file that got created and hit submit
the reason i asked him to do this btw is because a resolution setting may have been bugged. a very useful thing this guy said was "different accounts worked but not my main". this would only happen due to a profile based setting, and since video settings are locally stored, the profiles folder would be the fix. when you delete the profiles folder, the game will automatically create a new one. glad it worked for you.
