Deryeon was a bad tier 1 player throughout 2024, with a rating always below 1. The only thing he showed was that he 'almost' beat Geng.
Players who are good on crappy teams are just good. Meiy showed that and got a 3 year contract.
SseeS was a very good support player, and that had an effect on Meiy being really effective.
It's no secret he is the only one aside from Meiy to stay in DFM

I'd argue that Deryeon actually had a 2024 Demon1 type year, maybe he underperformed a little bit due to external factors
He would often show up when needed but was pretty inconsistent.
I think though it was the mental as bleed was in a weird situation last year.
If not for Jawgemo, he had the best ace of the year imo
