What was your previous gpu? (It may be able to carry it but there will be a little throttling)

valorant and rust mainly, sometimes csgo, csgo on low res, other on full hd, so it will be mainly 1080p gaming

if you have a 240hz monitor, it shouldnt be a problem. if you are on a 144hz it will bottleneck. my advice would be go for a 5600x or 11400 or 5800x with a 144hz 1440p monitor if you can spend that much.

i use 144hz and its enough for me. why should it bottleneck on 144hz?

i think he wanna say "overkill" but in this type of games overkilling screen is not a bad thing

nah i meant the gpu is capable of more than 240hz but if your monitor is 144hz you wont see the difference it makes.

wont push 240+ on rust

it will push much more than 144 fps and you wont see the difference.

what does a 3060ti compare to nowadays? a "ti edition" for a "lower tier" card seems weird to me. is it any good?

the Ryzen 5 3600 can carry up to RTX 3070ti, so you won't have to update your CPU.

Not in Valorant. 5600x is a major step up.

I am getting 280 fps with the ryzen 5 3600... And valorantspieler13 is playing with a 144Hz Monitor. If he wanted to play with a 360Hz monitor then I am agree with you, the Ryzen 5 5600X is the CPU to go.

nice, now spend hella euros on RBG lights that has no real effect on your gameplay and you'll be cracked

valorant is a CPU dependant game, so the new GPU wont make any difference.

I went from a 2700super to a FE 3090 and there was no increase in performance.

i wonder if it would make a difference tho if i record my gameplay, is it gonna be more stable with the new gpu
