Just wanted to get ur opinion on how important is that every1 is speaking their native language in tier 1 valorant? like we have seen no eu team can break into top 1 is it cuz we dont have so much versatile players or might the lack of one nation teams slow us down? best example in this must be cs and only native language teams have been long time top 1 (nip, fnaric, astralis, sk)

Really important.
Let's take Acend for examplen, I personallly think one of their problems is the language barrier. I heard starxo and cned speak english, they are ok but not really fluent and intuitive. And intuitiveness is important in comms mid game, you don't have to think what to say.

yea i agree. in valorant there is so much information what u need to give, that its so much harder and takes a toll on you maybe even in frag department.

No single major winning team in csgo had players speaking different languages, the only international roster that won a major were Gambit 2017 but they are all native russian speakers. Language barrier is indeed a problem.

yea it just that not so many players from tier 2 eu scene moved to valorant, so we have only limited amount of players atm. mb in next few years things will get better and we will get solid national scene like in cs go

it is definitely one of the most important aspects of teamplay, hence why unfortunately you'll see so many european players in ranked just give up on the game early on, its very hard for a non-english user to communicate properly with their teammates, add another teammate that also does not know how to communicate in english and basically relies on cussing in their mother language and you have a complete L team

thats why im annoyed they nerfed skye i just played for myself and carried since i cant rely on them to give late/incorrect coms i used to mute my entire team and play and drop 30 kills but i cant do that anymore

yeah i feel you, tho its understandable riot would lean towards balancing agents in order to make them good when teamplaying, so it kinda sucks for lone wolves like you in this case.

imo the best possible solution is to find someone to duo w/ most of the time, that's gonna be the best possible move to have in europe, even if u have no irl friends who play val, just try to find some on discord or something

i avg like 10-15 assists purely from my duo playing off my flashes but she feels so clunky though

as long as teamplay plays that role and you guys succeed at it, it aint really matter who gets the kill or the assist, you both share the merit

yea this have been big problem in eu in every game, there should be same kind of "looking to play" feature like in cs go it helped me to find some decent english/finnish speaking people to play with

this is actually a great idea csgo implemented as u mentioned.
yes, this would definitely be great to have some people that share the language finally find someone who they can communicate with

This is also one of the reasons why Crazy Raccon are/were struggling. Munchkin is their igl and Korean why most of them are Japanese in the team. They have this weird mixed team and comms might not be clear for some of them...

yea that is just not so smart choice if u think long term. there is multiple examples from cs what happens when u get 1 guy who isnt speaking same language it just dosnt work long term sadly
