I am not really familiar with Korean/Chinese Tier 2, why is yoman being rated pretty highly compared to other signings? His stats aren't really good and he wasn't relatively successful in any team.

He is the igl so you cant really expect him to have amazing stats. He brought NS who was lowkey having a hard time to challengers grand final, only to lose to SPG 3-2, and was the igl when RA was beating everyone except EDG with stew. Hes a good player.
