So apparently people pay 30- 50 bucks for people to snipe them and get place on the other team, the paid people afks for the first 40 seconds and creates a huge score gap basically helping the buyer to win, after the half they try hard and gets the score closer but loses the match anyways.

They are basically boosting but on the other team to make it less obvious
