andaman and nicobar is a group of islands
no internet connection there
no civilian is allowed to go to nicobar due its flaura and fauna
but yes you can go to andaman and spend your holidays there

Not true, Andaman has submarine cable routed through Chennai sub station, so they will actually get 10-20ms more ping than from Chennai itself. Best bet is to come back to Hyderabad, will definitely get less ping over there.
