As someone who has watched way too much valorant over the past few months, I think that every NA team that isn't NRG, Furia or MIBR has the potential to get a podium place (top 3) if not win an international event. Many of the other regions have clear top dog teams that blow the rest of the region apart (I'm looking at you APAC) but no challengers that can make them sweat. EMEA is a bit better, but americas is the only region where I see nearly every team as competitive.
Sentinels, 100t, Leviatan and G2 I would say have potential to win an entire tournament. (Loud too assuming they pick up a proper duelist)
Kru, C9, EG, and current Loud all make it out of groups at least 75% of the time.
