Maybe try using a timer to dedicate time to studying for like 45~ min then dedicate time to relaxing for a certain amount of time

Make notes by yourself what to study and what’s important. Then revise that thing 15 minutes straight. Take a break for 5 min. Then again sit for 15 minutes. This helped me crack my entrance exams for MBA

there are MANY study methods available online
gaslight urself by saying u wont be a man if u dont reach a specific goal, or think about how ur parents would want u to succeed and not waste ur life away
