yay and BLEED's fall off theories

  • BLEED are looking to profit off of the yay downfall for more exposure. You can't argue against the fact that watching the undisputed best player of 2022 having an unimaginable fall off is more interesting than having him play individually well in a mid team for the rest of the year, that's just boring as fuck. They probably saw his record on DSG and decided to stick to the script by drugging him and the rest of the team before every match or something, why else did they buy him out without a trial? BLEED's the main hot topic going on in the Pacific next to PRX Jinggg and DFM's singular match win, shit is working.

  • they're match fixing at an insane scale esports has ever seen, the entire pacific scene behind the curtains are in on it. Orgs slide BLEED some big cash for them to lose their games against them because pretty much every match counts in this year's format for qualifications. BLEED probably knew their yay gamble was going to be complete shit in the offseason scrims so why even bother trying to actually win no? Maybe yay looks like a completely different player now because he's an insane actor who's fooling everyone, if so then improv acting is clutch as fuck.

  • some hater out there is the direct cause of yay's downfall in some way or form ever since OPTIC broke up. yay was pretty much the main character for an entire year and went on to embarass a LOT of people's favorite teams, he has genuine genuine haters out there that will do anything to see him fail completely, and one of them happened to be successful. Maybe they cursed him with some dead language hollywood-type tech like with the blood and pentagrams stuff, or maybe its just a regular hostage situation where has to make himself and his team perform poorly or risk someone getting hurt (that sounds heroic af), either ways its impossible to guess from here.

  • he knows something we don't about 2025 and is secretly sandbagging with his team to prepare for whatever goes down next year. Maybe the Tencent stocks are gonna reach the stars from some big event (that they might even cause themselves) so that the prize pools for next year are gonna be like 10 mill each, so they sandbag this year to prepare themselves to the max for what comes after as teams are obviously going to hard underestimate them at the start. Can't be risking injuries and whatnot.

  • they have COVID

the haters have been winning a bit too much recently, shit makes sense. it could also be from a pro player too like steel or smth.

I can see the 2nd one. Aint no secret that traditional sports are rigged and riot games and valorant is mainstream as fuck. They definitely getting paid under the table. Match-fixing masterclass indeed.

me boring theory:

he sold out for money and has 0 passion and is currently barely praccing or comming or doing anything in game to win. you can tell because of his expression when he aces, hes almost surprised and taken aback hes even getting kills. he got the bag and gave up on reputation or trophies

He's just suffering from insanely low self confidence right now. The guy's on the biggest losing streak of his career (not even Andbox was this bad), and ending up here after being on top of the world must be a huge shock. I mean it's a shock for the viewers (that's why the yay hate is so strong in the first place), so imagine being the dude himself. Team system (or lack thereof) also makes a difference too ofc, but it's not everything. Let's be honest, the mechanics he's been showing recently have been dreadful; way worse than anything he displayed on andbox and optic even on his worst days.

Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Yay.. honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you dash into the site and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth shots around with the operator, and that gorgeous util usage. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough year, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the game, you're a great teammate and friend, sometimes I even have wet dream about you. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my own life it were the only thing that could puta smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first left Optic and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell from my right eye when I watched you win your first win in Reykajivik, because deep down,my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to return home. Then allas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2023 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2024 you will make history happen. Not only have you changed the game of valorant and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Jacob Whiteaker.

yay throwing to get the minimum buyout, he will go to the team in Americas that finishes last after they drop their roster, rebuilt with FNS s0m and yay as the core. Get some cracked ranked demon to int every round and sign idk someone else like verno for W initiator GG

yay never beat a top EU team. he was great in the optic core, but ya'll are overstating it now.

0-2 vs guild
0-3 vs gambit
never played fnatic
1-3 lost to FPX
2-1 vs Liquid when they were 4th seed in champs

He's a solid player but he needs very specific conditions to thrive. His apac stint is his lost confidence era.
