EU Frogs, what went wrong with Sentinels?

Seriously,
What were sentinels doing that allowed Lev to dominate them?
Is it that they couldn't shoot back? is it their terrible defense on lotus? I'm looking for cope, and I don't know if I can handle the fact that Lev just had a good game, and Sentinels had a bad game.
What cope is there for us?

the team just wasn't shooting straight (still impressive that they pushed lev so far in that form)
