I know what safemoon is, it's a deflationary token, there's hundreds of those in the market already. It's marketed like a shitcoin; the original marketing pitch called it a "social experiment". They also don't have any legitimate use-case as of today, it's all bullshit get rich quick type of marketing other similar yieldtokens have used in the past. They can't even develop an android wallet.
So yes, it's by all accounts, including by the creator of the token a shitcoin.

but electricity bills tho....anyway mining is better than investing crypto imo. if you have a pretty capable pc or invest in 2 pcs for mining you could really make a lot of profit every month.

Naw electricity is cheap af in india, its like $0.06 on average per unit. I've also downclocked my GPU core a lot (doesn't affect mining performance). Overall electricity cost is like $6 per month while my profits are about $7-$10 per week, so its pretty good for me.
Investing in a whole new PC however is not profitable at all with the current GPU prices lol, I didn't overpay for my 1060 because I bought it back in 2018 for about $350 new (which was pretty cheap for India even back then) while today its like 750 new or some shit.

Fr man. Crypto in general is better off being seen as something to put money in only if you are absolutely fine losing it all. Investing in it per se at such an early age with no concrete use case in the general economic environment is a bad idea and investing in shitcoins is the worst of them.

True but id honestly just mine instead of day trading crypto, it is too volatile. Aside from crypto, stocks and induces are always pretty good for long term investments tho and much more guaranteed return.

Its $6 for my PC alone LMFAO not the whole house, I'm like 17 and live with my family.
The electricity bill for my whole house rn is like $100 because its summer, but it dips to about $30 during winter.
crypto is great and only boomers/25iq people think the whole crypto space is a scam. It's also only going to get bigger as blockchain technology develops so diversifying into some of the top coins is honestly pretty easy money. personally, I like currency focused coins such as XLM and LTC. bitcoin is garbage.
