How will Split 1 classify?

According to VLR, 3 teams in each group will be "green", but the playoffs only has 4 slots. So are the 3rd greens just getting points? Is VLR wrong?

Also what was the criteria for the groups? The only fair division I saw was not putting kru and Lev on the same group, and not putting Sen and loud on the same
