Everyone starts with 0-0 win/loss, and kickoff winners will fight against runner ups from other region (e.g. SEN v PRX)

4 teams that win this first round will go to 1-0 round and fight amongst one of each other and vice versa for 0-1 teams. (So 4 teams with 1-0 record and 4 teams with 0-1 record)

Then:

  • 2 Teams that win 1-0 round will have 2 wins and qualify to playoff
  • 2 Teams that lose 0-1 round will have 2 losses and will be eliminated.
  • 2 teams that win first round then lose the second, or 2 teams that lose then win (hence 4 teams with 1-1 record) will then fight one of each other. 2 teams that win this will have 2-1 record and qualify, while 2 teams that lose will have 1-2 record and eliminated.
