Most likely Madrid is gonna start off with a group stage (to maximize matches per team), prob 2 groups of 4 with top 2 of each group advancing to playoff.
With that said the top team of Americas is gonna be put in the same group with the second team in EMEA, and the second team in Americas will be grouped with the top team in EMEA, this was the case in previous international events with group stages.
With FNC being the team in EMEA any team wanna avoid, and EMEA playoff finals ahead of Americas playoff finals, depending on FNC losing in the finals (EMEA second seed) or winning (EMEA first seed) theoretically Americas teams that reach the finals can choose to either compete for a win or sell for a lose in order to avoid FNC.
Of course the entire projection can be completely messed up if Val decide to do a draw system for groups.
