GE needs to hear the community once in a while

the first time when GE went to APAC LCQ, no one minded them getting eliminated after a few matches because it was an all indian team atleast, they were getting some experience at the bare minimum. in fact it just made us want to support them a lot more because they were atleast a purely indian "outlet" into the T1 scene.

but right now there is absolutely no outlet for india in T1 or even T2. Even if there was the next Demon1 or something in india (which there isnt at the moment), they would regardless get stifled because of the horrendous T2 scene, and because of that theres not even a chance of them emerging from the region due to very low chances of getting signed to a good team; since the team which was supposed to be behind the region all the way hasnt done jackshit of cultivating the region further, or stimulating any sort of interest. all its done is bring a truckload of disappointment in players who arent even from the country.

right now we do not feel that GE is doing a good job of representing our country and people in any form, and i think as fans and residents of the region we have every right to complain.

ps. to all the phillipinos, its not the same as with RRQ since you have atleast some outlet in the form of TS, we dont even have that even if we wanted to have one.

Im sorry but you're wrong. TS and RRQ have their own country's players is because they have actual T1 talent in their regions, India does not. Also RRQ just added a Russian player because they knew they lacked that talent. If indonesia had the talent of india , RRQ would have certainly done the same as GE.

jemkin isnt really a russian player, he was always in apac and played for a japanese team

Jemkin is Mongolian/Russian so I'm pretty sure he counts as a Russian player. also has a russia flag next to his name so i would say that he about as Russian as PRX something at least.

i agree with you; but the point remains is that its impossible to even foster actual T1 talent in India at all. the region is essentially just dead now.

example: monyet is indonesian -> got the chance to represent his country on the international stage -> got a lot of good press for it and himself -> is now an established T1 player (despite maybe not being so before? also not talking about current performance)

theres no way an indian player can even do that because of the amount of negative press our country and players recieve based off of the one team which is supposed to be representing india.

Indian players are not even the best players in there own region. It's not because of negative press or GE but it's on to the players to improve. Stop giving them excuses. https://imgur.com/a/A6Aqzrz

youre proving my point; there is no motivation for the players to improve if there is no point to doing so. why would you improve: only to get a chance at a T2 team where youre anyways outfought by T2 imports of other regions who have a lot more talent at the time than you do? even if you manage to qualify to ascension like Orangutan did, your own representative team wont pick you up; no other country's team will pick you up; only if there is a player or team to look upto you can do that, and there is no one in GE, nor in any other team. so why on earth would any player be motivated to improve. there is no reward to it at all.

again my point is they can try atleast, theyve stopped trying at all which is a sad thing for the region. if they dont try they will regardless get no where, and this same thread will be repeated daily. my point is the community for which you got the regional slot at franchising does not like what youre doing; so why not listen to them for a change? worst case scenario we end up where we anyways are right now; bottom of the league

how many indians you see on leaderboard... top 10 even top 100?(ok i know they have to play at 60 ping but still )
how many players you see streaming/playing 5-6 hr other than practice ?

last year GE as a management did very good...but synergy was not there may be coaching issue
this year they are simply ignoring the meta "_"

we do not feel that GE is doing a good job of representing our country and people in any form

Vitality doesn't have any french players, Heretics doesn't have any spanish players, Paper Rex doesn't have any starting SG players.

but you have established french players (gentle mates), you have established spanish players (although much less of course, only fitinho), you have established SG players (lenne, dereyon) in T1 teams right. who do we have? apart from LF who now has the mammoth task of carrying the entire country's playerbase and reputation, who is of course going to fail because of that responsibility (same way rossi failed last year). now is the time they should be fostering talent within the region rather than just giving up and using imports.

and also PRX (in fact similar for all the teams you mentioned) wasnt taken into franchising to represent MYSG, it was because they were a popular org regardless.
GE is only popular because it was the Indian team who went international.

Easiest way to determine a region's talent pool is by looking at their tier 2 and ascension.

Korea is still strong for example despite having 3 teams in the league and strong presence in non Korean teams. Indo in Boom, Japan in Scarz and Philippines in Naos all were competitive.

Orangutan did not win a single game. If the best of India can not win a game in ascension, when Bleed, the best ascension team end up as a joke in kick off, they will be worse than DFM in the league. And therefore an all Indian team will be on that level. You might say that will be ok.. But you underestimate how bad it will be. Imagine a team that never get more than 5-6 round a map. Thats how it's going to end up.

The problem is indians want either a full indian team that loses and learns or gets a team with proper foreign players who actually know their shit and dont play like this. this is why prx vit and all these teams which dont have players from their country manage to retain fans because they got real players.cant believe russ got a chance in the franchising didint we leave him in 2022
