Honestly i dont think you are a great coach.

With the old t1 roster you guys almost beat prx (10-13 twice). But this time around you built a roster that specifically followed your vision right? Leaving players like king and munch behind for players that fit your system right? Theres no greater chance than right now, against a clearly weakened prx and with a team that fits your coaching style, to prove me wrong.

if you somehow lose this i will think you are forever a fraud and be pissed you wasted a season of k1ngs career so you could flop with the roster led by your coaching

k1ng was the one who asked to be benched cause his lack of English was affecting his play and confidence. Its unfortunate he missed out this season but its neither sides fault really

i mean autumn decided to pursue and english speaking roster which led to kings confidence loss

K1ng knew that he had to comm in English in the first place before joining

Why are people such haters for zero reason, like get a life bro, you’re not a better valorant coach then him

because i want my region to prosper and there are many korean players who dont have a job atm because autumn decided to pursue his vision of valorant (as stated by his interview) and if it turns out this roster flops in quite possibly one of their best situations, then ofc i will be pissed

“Because I want my region to prosper”, surely you mean APAC, the region that Korean is a part of. Surely you don’t mean only Korea, which is one part of said region. Besides, why on earth are you getting mad at T1 when they’ve looked far better than they were in the past?

tf you mean 'surely' like its a crime for me to not care about sea and jp

imo i believe that t1 gone full kr would be better, so if t1 loses ofc i will be pissed
and if you actually read what i wrote you would realise i actually agree that they look better. since they look better and prx does look weaker, i find it inexcusable for t1 to lose this one esp since t1 got so close to beating them last year

It’s actually insane to say it’s “inexcusable” for a team that has never made an international to lose to the last champions runner up. PRX is shakier than they were, but they’re no pushover, and it’s ridiculous to not only expect, but demand T1 to win. I get that you care deeply, and that’s cool, but putting this hate and pressure on the players and team is extremely counterproductive. Instead you should be proud of the form they’ve showed so far, and root for them to play their best next match.

All kr roster is proved to be shit cauz what happened to t1, geng, drx last year and drx in the past? Their prime was applaudable making 3rd in champs but it was literally KR superteam at that time. If youre saying KR players in other regions were better maybe blame KR Valorant itself cauz better KR players in other region shows how much teams are not investing in Valorant scene and other region has better player enviroment including teammates. Literally Geng tried to make 2nd DRX last season with many t2 veteran players and what happened? All yall proved last year was that yall were bunch of frauds while T1 was actually trying to prove something with bringing ban and carpe who was technically new to Valorant also bringing players who played in other regions which proved that KR valorant pros were cleared by other region players. T1 and autumn just has better understanding in fps esports that all players who started in korea wont win a international trophy. Ask your jobless korean players to play in other region's t2 or t3 teams and learn some english.

He has clearly accepted that building a KR superteam is not going to be a way to win trophies because DRX had all the best KR players and yet they never win a single trophy, how can you blame a man's infinite desire to achieve great success. Also think about it this way, T1 started from scratch and started with nothing but himself and Xeta, the foundation he has built in 2023 was already good enough to be Pacific's 3rd best (Not strong region but still impressive), if there's a korean coach to surpass termi this is it my guy

if you think that drx was a superteam you just dont know the korean scene well enough.

and buddy, having saya munchkin and xeta as your core isnt 'building from scratch'. he is not a genius coach who improved this team to 3rd place. it was EXPECTED of that core. people just think they improved because t1 flopped at the start but anyone with a brain had them top 3/4 in 2023 preseason

lets break down this drx superteam argument

2021: xeta was miles better than rb on initiator

2022: meteor was clear cut the best duelist in korea and drx probably wins masters 1 if he replaced rb. zest in 2022 before he showed his flex ability could be replaced by xeta and probably pre-wrist injury lakia

2023: probabaly the worst year for this 'superteam' arguement. youve got k1ng > rb on sentinel, saya was pretty damn equal with buzz, and xeta was better than stax both as an initiator and igl

Honestly I agree with you, DRX was a very strong team but they weren't a super team because of their players. It was because of their synergy and thorough understanding of fundamentals that got them their title of korean superteam. There were definitely players better than most of the DRX players (apart from my goat mako) but the team was not made to be a super team. At the same time, T1s approach is to expand to talent outside of Korea isnt bad, because literally every Korean team has worked to build a super team, it just never worked out and autumn isn't wrong to make a mixed roster. Xccurate and izu and rossy have done really well, and T1 looks like a very powerful team. I think that your bias for Korean players is blinding you from the fact that T1 is still really good and autumn is still a really good coach even if he didn't make a full Korean roster.
