T side but kinda a bit lottery. CTs tend to play 4 man stack on random sides so you have to find out which side they stall and you will at least get a plant.

I would say also depends on the agent comp. I have seen teams running 2 sentinels (cypher, kj) struggle on attack and have a better strat on defend.

T side unless you don't have viper, then you might as well not play breeze

t side if you know how to play postplant with viper, etc
if you're not playing viper + skye what are you doing

About 52-53% win for attack and 47-48% win for defence.
