Last year you called Rossi a baiter and said all he cares about is his personal stats and doesn’t know what he is doing.

You hide your failure behind players and you hide behind the fact that you are an incompetent coach. You are not a tier 1 coach and you never will be.

You don’t understand the game and don’t know anything about creating any strats, creating setups or anti strating. While I knew you were a fraud since LCQ, I think everyone saw your single controller comps in bind and now realise that you don’t know anything about coaching. Also you live in your deluded world that you know the game inside out.
It was clear you don’t know anything about building a team and scouting young talent when you hired Russ over talent that proved themselves in Ascension in the same year. You could’ve picked any import player, but you picked p0lvi, your old teammate. There are more cracked duelist than him in pacific itself, you could’ve utilized the import slot in such a better manner.
Even if you get world class players you won’t win a single game with them, cause you wouldn’t know how to use them. Classic example See Texture, how GENG coach has created setups to use Texture properly and how he performed and outfragged everyone.

Another example you will see how Coach Alecks of PRX will use Monyet. Everyone will See difference of players under you and under different coaches.

If GE fires you and Bigtime today, no one will take you guys in tier 2 let alone tier 1😂.

You could create a full freaking lineups with players from Ascension without going overbudget, but this is what you come up with.

kr1stal would have been a MUCH MUCH better import who can IGL and frag
there's way too many duelists in Pacific and they went for polvi
blazek1ng and LF are 2 players that make sense and also the fact that LF does deserve a chance
Benkai... lets give him more than 1 match.

My problem is also with GE management. GE could’ve approached coaches whose teams were if not dominating but were doing exceptionally well. Coaches who have proved themselves in Ascension. But they decided to retain that guy who couldn’t even prove himself in Tier 2.

last year's roster was soo good, they could've replaced rossi for LF or could've picked up deathmaker (better than skrossi, alteast he don't whiff when the team needs him) I genuinely believed that if given a year or two that roster would've easily made top3 in pacific but no coach sp0n want tenstar/ mad lions core

Monyet had to carry his own weight when he played with GE. He utilised his fragging skills to get out of the hellhole GE was in last year. I think Spin is better as an analyst or an assistant coach rather than a head coach. at least there, GE can both pick up GOOD up and coming players and a GOOD coach with actual head coach potential.

fair point. I just dont see GE really making waves anytime soon unless we see improvements both off and on the server. This was the same situation with SEN. last year, they had a good showing for like 2 games with dephh and Sykko. Then completely bottled it halfway through. thankfully, SEN actually took note of their faults and took in Marved to fill in the spot alongside kaplan.

you could say the same for talon. FrosT took over as coach (even though there was no news whatsoever), picked up ban from T1, lenne from TS, and governor from tier2 NA. All GE needs to do is to grow some balls. thats it. You want to show the world why you're india's last hope? then show it! GE's CEO NEEDS to listen. even Rob Moore is a better CEO than GE's CEO.
