"The only morality in this cruel world is chance". And they are really taking their chances.

Ok I dont know how the management approaches building roster but this could be one possibke explanation.

The only reason cricket and chess are so popular in this country is because of us winning 1983 world cup and vishwanath anand winning the chess world championship 5 years consecutively. Forget about esports, here people dont want to compete in regular sports fearing failure. And I want to believe this is the same reason why we don't have a complete indian roster so that even with one indian in the roster winning a tournament could be a spark which can ignite the crowd and make us believe we can be good and make a career out of it.

And it's really unfortunate that everyone in this country wants to go into the IT field or be a doctor. For the economy to diversify we need miracles like these which opens up new opportunities and I'm really thankful for riot games to provide us with this opportunity. If this spot was never given to us it gets difficult to rise in e sports field. And I really believe one day we will surely get more competitive.

Of course you can not expect them to make the right moves all the time, but eventually they will make the better decision. You guys act like you have never made a wrong decision your whole life.

I've seen some mfs act like they know everything and know what's best for the org. If you're so "smart", why don't you get to a position where your opinions are taken seriously and give advice to the owner instead of crying about it online.

TL;dr give us time we will eventually get good or that's what I want to believe.

Yes, but there are mfs acting like they know what's best for the org and some are asking for removal of GE from pacific. I just wanted to clarify this shit so that they can stop spamming the same thing everytime we lose.

I read allat, you guys need years before achieve something, you dont have that ecosystem before so yeah it's need so much time. But the problem that I saw is Indian don't have patience for it, or you guys just tired being bullied by almost everyone.

I agree 100%.
Success rate is too low for E-sports (in India especially), and once you realize that you failed, your life is pretty much fucked because then the person already lost so much time to pursue any other career......

This is why people like Rite2ace are just hopping from one game to another even at such age (30)
Because he got no other choice

i see a glimpse of light in VCL SA. some of the new guys are good. time will tell.
that or it's because they played together with imports so basically giving great experience of playing to foreign team and players.
