I feel miserable for so many reasons... for starters, I've been banned on hltv on 3 IP addresses (10vyears). I've also been banned on Valorant for cheating permanently(cheats didn't even work). I've been drinking myself to death e ery weekend to feel just a bit less miserable. My reddit account was deleted by me out of shame. My job pays the bare minimum which I gamble most anyway. I have no gf and never even had anything close to a relationship
What to do?

Forget about reddit and hltv, quit playing video games. Start going to the gym every day. Quit gambling. Idk what you do for work but if its possible to climb, then focus on your job. If its not possible to climb focus on finding a different job. I know its hard to quit multiple addictions at once so maybe instead of trying to quit drinking entirely limit yourself to a couple beers a night.

I'm very fit physically(maybe due to my job which I don't want to say). I can run slowly for at least 10km and do 55 push ups and 12 pull ups at best

Get away from toxic people, educate yourself, learn things, doing sport brings happiness because you set a goal of 1 hour or more per day and hormones of happiness called serotonin.
I also advise you to delete the chat during Valorant Stream and Counter strike because it's full of toxic racist people who have shitty lives and who spread their misfortunes. It’s very contagious. hatred breeds hatred.
