who has no idea what kinda of future you want for urself? i have to go to college but i dont even know what i want
I see myself in a STEM career, but im also lost in what i want
I thought about computer science, but I don't know how to program and I don't know if the job market will be good in the future
i find engineering more interesting than computer science, but a lot of people in Brazil say engineers are usually jobless. and i've been thinking about between electrical/electronic/computer engineering

im goin nuts
any brazilian here? Is it really easy to change majors when you're attending a federal university? if i do CS is it easy to change to Engineering?

If you take CS, dont forget to do an internship. It will be a harsh path but def worth it.

if you want to be an engineer, you have to grind yourself up to become the top 1% in your country otherwise you have to settle for a low pay or no job at all. this is the situation in almost all countries

The job situation right now is pretty terrible, and that’s the situation for all the professions and sectors. We are heading towards a economic meltdown, with how wars are breaking out, the future for high paying jobs seems a bit foggy as well. And with how AI is progressing, you can’t even guess if ypu’d be replaceable in the future
