Their run is over. Vitality is clearly one of the biggest orgs both in France and Europe. Their Valoranr roster, tbh, is underperforming considering the org reputation on CS, LoL, etc. What would be your ideal Vitality roster and your realist Vitality roster considering F/A and poachable players?

They suck in all those games tho.
LFL is a regional, low-tier competition they're not even top at which has been won by a no-name org.
Their R6 team consisted on picking up washed up G2 legends and letting them rot to the point their players ended up leaving/retiring and had to revamp.
RL in Eu is a 1-team league and Vitality has to fight for a spot vs 10 teams, out of which 4 are made up and don't even have org back up. That's the state of Eu's competition in RL.
CS no explanation needed either. Embarrassing results
Idk bro no hate, but their decission making/management has always been terrible and it shows. They have a lot of money but they don't know how to spend it
They are in prime position to build a French super team. I don't think having international-french mix is working out for this org. Honestly, when I see them play, I see obvious fails that could be caused by miscommunication and my theory is that the French speaking players are struggling to comm in English
Yeah, but that's the issue. Right now they are out of tier 1 competition until 2022 and if I was the org I would be seriously thinking about a French superteam rebuild for 2022. At this point it is simply too risky to keep investing in the current core that keeps having constant issues from qualifying to tournaments that match their potential. The way I see it, it's either the internationals needing to go or the Frenchies who struggle to speak in English and since Vitality is a French org it only makes sense for them to fully embrace going French.
I dont know i feel like they are not playing on the same page, there is a lot of potential in this players im pretty sure, its just not working as much as they want i guess!
I think they should maybe go full french or switch the most part of the roster to rebuild the entire thing. It's sad but i think Vitality wants more result.
I know they just add Shalaby maybe try a bit more before changing
Keep Bramz and surround him with an all French speaking roster. Maybe get nbk, poach some players from BDS or sign players like Kinguyen or Killu. There's a lot of great French speaking players and Vitality definitely has the money to snatch some players away from other teams like BDS or even someone like kAdavraa from Alliance. Vitality could sign any French speaking player they want besides ScreaM and could make an amazing roster around Bramz so hopefully they will put money into making a great team that could compete at least next year.
