Is GG.BET a legit site and what is the average withdrawal processing timeseeking to cash out?

I used it when it was available in Russia and all I can say is that:

1. they let you withdraw if you win
2. however, if you win often, your betting limits would quickly change to $10ish
3. if you win more than lose, your withdrawal processing time would be around 1-3 days, if you lose more though, your withdrawals would be almost instant
