After Boostio said that China was a disappointment, wolves, an esports football club owned by a Chinese conglomerate, dropped EG's sponsorship exactly 2 weeks after the press conference. So did Boostio know ahead of that China indirectly causes eg downfall? Since after Wolves dropped their sponsorship EG immediately announced the pay cut.

Probably just a coincidence imo. Wolves Esports already have many teams participating in Chinese esports so they probably jumped the Valorant boat after finding out that CN League was getting created.

That's why I said that after VCT CN was about to happen. Wolves dropped EG, which means VCT China indirectly caused EG's downfall.

Interesting, highly doubt Boostio knew about it even if that was the case though. He was just doing it for drama I definetely don't think he'd be the type of guy to do something like that out of saltyness
