Can someone explain to me why LDG, Royal Never Give Up, Top Esports and Weibo didn't qualify for ascension when teams that finished bellow them on China Evolution Series points did?

most those orgs decided to quit the valorant scene and I don't think rng had enough circuit points

rng was 7th highest on points, only rare atom and ase had more circuit points. I assumed they were a lock but I guess the disband must have hit when the org learned they weren't getting a full partnership?
