The first map was Haven, which was chosen by Team SMG. It saw them start on defense, and after a close-run first half, SMG would find a slight lead of 7-5. In the second half, SMG found four rounds in a row before TL punched back with some wins of their own.

“The streak doesn't matter since it was only in APAC. It's the international streak that we're looking for,” stated shirazi .

SMG refused to be denied, however, and claimed the map 13-9 off the back of a clutch from Shirazi. enerii had seven first kills, as well as a 283 ACS, topping the scoreboard.

Shirazi, always dependable for the clutch.

Map two saw Bind on the table, and despite an initial pistol win and antieco conversion for SMG, TL built up momentum with five round wins in a row. SMG re-stabilized to end the half at 7-5, in TL's favor.

The retake to end all retakes, powered by enerii's 3K.

TL, after swapping to defense, would only let SMG win two more rounds before closing out Bind 13-7. Joojina was the hero for TL on this map, with an ACS of 316 and a +13 kill differential. While four of TL's players went positive, for SMG's side, only Enerii managed the same.

The decider was Ascent, a map where, statistically, SMG had a higher win-rate. However, TL found a dominant attacking half, where they built up a scoreline of 8-4. After the side swap, they got to match and series point at 12-7.

SMG still fought, finding three rounds in a row, but in round 23 of regulation, TL were able to win 13-10 and guarantee themselves a top-three finish for the second year in a row. On Ascent, even though enerii had six first kills and a 317 ACS, she was the only one who went positive, compared to four of TL's members.

The overall statistics reflected the same: even with enerii finding 16 first kills across the series and the highest ACS on the server - a whopping 292 - she was the only member of her team to finish positive in terms of kill differential, while four of TL's members did so. Joojina, on the controller role, was the overall MVP for TL's side, with 51 kills to her name.
