I put it in caps because being a top player in tier 1 is far better than being a top player in tier 2, of course a lot of these players have potential but I don't see any who are a certain upgrade over victor
the only raze player from that list that MIGHT be an upgrade is nismo

maybe cause they were testing and it was for one game against sentinels (free rating), besides he's a flex player why would his jett skill matter
you bring up zekken who was never even proven this year against good teams, apparently putting up decent stats in a failing team (versus mid teams) makes you a top player 😹
