According to the MSI Rules, several basic principles are prescribed:

The No. 1 seeds in EMEA and North America are in Pot 1 and are placed in two different halves

The Brazil and APAC champions are in Pot 2 and are placed in two different halves

Teams from the same region will not meet in the first round

EMEA: BBL. Queen G2. Gozen

North America: EG. GC Version1

Brazil: TL.Brazil

APAC: SMG

Latin America: KRU. Blaze

East Asia: EDG. SE
