could he still be used as a sub? like if something were to happened to prx and they needed him for a weekend could he be used or does he like live on base and can’t leave ?

because i remember he said he would still play but he wouldn’t be able to play valorant like how he could before

He prob can play valo in his days off but It would be just casual he prob cant participate in competitive while he's in the army

But a Singapore citizen would know better than me

I mean in military, u will be living there with the army for ur time there and the military is strict.

he goes when he has to but its not a daily living thing like signing to army, he is doing military service

even joining the army of your own accord you still get off time. at least in america. his basic training and other training he won't be able to do that but that is normal and only last 6 months give or take. so unless this dude is going spec ops or something it won't be that long before he has off time to do what ever he wants, of course he has to abide by the rules set by his chain of command. i don't think they really care if he plays a video game. they might care that he would have to fly to seoul to play in VCT, so long story short he will not be playing.

here on mexico its 4 days free from military service and all the weekend on the closest headquarters (there is one or two on every city) maybe thats what happens with sg too but that still would mean he cant compete since scrims last almost all the week

I think the fact that with almost every event is happening overseas (VCT Pacific in korea, Masters Madrid and Shanghai), I think there are travel restrictions that would prevent Jingg from (at least reliably) attending and playing in events. I do think though with Monyet, they are in good hands
