I remember eeiu and tex having flashes of greatness at times, the skill was there but I guess the lack of leadership (no offense to hazed) wasnt there.

Conclusion
They were mid before

The team failed back then for many reasons, however with role changes and the improved player quality atp, could be a top tier team
