Step 3: sign a analyst and assistant coach

Step 5: sign a flex

Congrats you've got the most important parts of the team down there is still more to go

Step 6: sign a initiator

Step 7: sign a duelist

Optional: sign a 6th

Imo it's not about roles but players, a lot of players can play more than one role well. I'd say find a coach who's willing to build the strats around the players, and then find 5 players who are both good and have good chem together. Good chem and teamwork will beat out most teams, even if they're more talented.
