pls advise on recon balisong in 2023

When it came out it was fire but now there's a ton of other premium melees for it to contend with, is it really worth copping in 2023? I think it's still good but I want a second opinion before i pull the trigger as I have enough for it in my night market

will I regret buying it

Oh, well if you like it I’d say go for it. Waiting for rgx butterfly will probably take months (could be even a year lol) + it’s cheaper.

i dont really care for magepunk its clean but steampunk isnt my thing and rgx just seems like a more distracting recon

my thought was to buy this now and then eventually buy some premium tier melee like reaver karambit or maybe a champions one

good choice then i thought u just wanted butterfly knife but if that's not the case then buy this one for now and wait for reaver, I use reaver karambit too and i can tell u won't regret it

Recon is more satisfying than it looks imo, compared to the magepunk which I own, the recon feels more natural while the mage looks weird if your not inspecting it all the time if I were to explain it as a butterfly knife, if your into the flashy effects then wait for RGX/mage
