saying it for experience, i really today hate that i wasted my time at 14, i'm 16 and is just kind of heavy the studies so, just hope you don't waste a lot of time, 7h/day is too much. it will help you on the future
just make some hobbies, study things you like and in that 7 hours sometimes see sometimes what is happening here
just an advice
