The format of vct brazil is horrible, it starts with a bo1, then goes to bo3. giving chances for other teams that are not so good to beat the big ones

The point of qualifiers and playoffs is for teams, no matter how small or big they are, to prove themselves and take the spot. You can't complain its bad because "not so good" teams beat "big" teams. If a "big" team loses to a "not so good" then its just not enough effort from them. The team needs to get better not that the format needs to change.
