中国进化赛一共有act1-3，每一个act都会有积分（积分act3>act2>act1)，每一个act前四可以直接进入下一个act的正赛（线下），12月左右tecent和riot会公布10支tier1战队，剩下未被选中的队伍按照act1-3的积分总和参加12月晋升赛，冠军就可以加入tier1

There are a total of acts 1-3 in the China Evolution Competition. Each act will have points (points act3>act2>act1). The top four in each act can directly enter the main competition of the next act (offline). Tecent and riot will meet around December. 10 tier 1 teams will be announced, and the remaining unselected teams will participate in the December promotion competition based on the total points from act 1-3. The champion can join tier 1.

nah the franchised teams are already selected, they are based on how big the orgs are instead of how well they play. So teams like tyloo and ASE unfortunately didn't make it.
